Now I would say something retarded and gay like "I don't make music; therefore, I can't critique it" but apparently anyone who can rhyme and keep a beat down for more than 4 seconds can apparently do music...
Oh, and that I think your music is The shit.
Alright, in no actual order save how I critiqued them...
"Sunset Rush" - I remember listening to this under another name. Good beat and tune. I like it. Lemme give an attempt at a horrible rating system - 2/3 "Diamond Disco" - Another one from an earlier title. Again, good beat and tune. Again, I like it. Nothing... much to explore. 2/3 "Dawn of Light" - Ah, good calm music... I think I'm pretty much biased on this subject of rating. But... *shrugs* critiques are as they are. 2/3 "Surfin Dragon Beach" - Oh. Wow. I feel stupid. I just remembered where this music is from, and it's totally not Gerdu... whatever-it's-called Desert... valley... I can't remember. But I still feel stupid because it's the music from that... dragon roost island from Windwaker... to think I hadn't known this for some time... 2/3 "Our Final March" - Eh, it's good, but I can't help but degrade it due to you having done three remixes on it already... 1/3 "Winners Only" - Ah, apparently this is from your new mix. Gah... I can't help... but submit to the awesomeness. Wait for it........ ah! There it is... Like how it gets more upbeat into the song. It's also six-and-some minutes... but that only makes it better. And makes you forget you're listening to the song... 3/3 I feel bad for clicking away... "Frozen Breath" - Ah, good 'ol Ice Cap. Man, how I loved this one when I first heard it. Ah... 3/3 "Whirly Bird" - Good, fast tempo. Nice beat. But... eh, that's all I've got to say on this one. 2/3 "Megaman Mega-Mixdown" - Ah! Just feel it! The feeling that song gives just as the beat begins... you can't help ... okay, you can, but I can't. Alas, that's what fools do... 3/3 "Green Mushroom Zone 1-1" - Eh. I like it... but I don't. It's just... eh. I could say worse. The blend of the two songs was superb. Just doesn't hit my tastes, though... 1/3 "The Windy Streets" - Hm... Huh. Eh, a bit slow for my tastes. But who ever... Hm. Slow intro into a more detailed song. Sounds good. Not a favorite, but I could listen to it... 2/3 "PANIC! At the Puppet" - Ah, puns. Again, listened to it for some time. That gives me some bias, but... still a good song. 2/3 "Aged to Perfection" - Hm. I can't help but forget where this song was... Oh well. But it's good. Again, listened to it a lot. However... maybe I'm just a sucker for hype. ...clanking? Hm... Must just be me... 2/3 "Overcast with a chance Luck" - >_> This song caught me right at the start. Kinda like that one Megaman song... again, it's long, but I like that... means you put more effort into it, right? So melancholy... but it's good. Very. Reminds me of Jak and Daxter for some reason... 3/3 "Acuático Arruinar" Sorry. I hate how I fail with accents... stupid... oh. So... heh. I need to work on my spanish more. Not to guess the word 'aquatic' was a foolish error on my part... at least I got the 'arruinar' part... 2/3
Oh, I made the grading scale out of '3' because... well, when I tried out of '5' it didn't balance out my bias and optimism...
So, on the whole... good ... no, great job. I really, really like it. *thumbs up* Keep it up, now!
Overcast with a chance Luck- Simcity 4 Aged to Perfection - Rusty Ruin Yah, the gurrudo valley one was the one version I liked from the two. Thanks for the critique!
I really liked pretty much all of them. I can't do music for beans, though... I wouldn't really know a good piece except for when I find myself randomly swaying along to the music. Oh, speaking of beans, will Beans be your last Smashtasm thing? Link was my favorite character in season one, and I was wondering if he'd be back in two because I didn't see him in the first episode. I hope he wasn't a throw-away character that was just used to teach Super64 the basics of the online Smash setting... If you can't tell me, then that's OK too.
